Career Plans - A briefly Introduction
You have been working for several years. You have moved easily from one job to another, and probably from one career to another. If there is a period of unemployment, it is short.

2. Self-evaluation leads to personal improvement. Take a closer look at your current professional skills and resources. As well as inspecting vehicles you drive on long trips, your skills and strengths will determine how well you can travel in your career.
Self-assess your strengths and weaknesses, and trusted friends and parent relatives will help you with your personal audit. Do you need additional training and experience if there are areas that can be enhanced? Take the same approach by eliminating or mitigating weaknesses.
Because you are unique, write a short sale proposal that identifies your skills and what will contribute to your particular career. Focus on the desired industry and job. In this way, energy is not dispersed and productivity is increased.
